We are Hiring consultants of the following skill sets for our USA operations

Java/j2ee

	Struts at least 1 yr of working experience
	J2ee - 4 years of experience with at least 2 yrs of coding experience
	Spring/Hibernate – at least theoretical knowledge
	Web/Application server worked – Web logic/ Websphere/ JBoss/ Sunone/ Tomcat
	Databases Oracle/ Sqlserver/ mysql/ DB2/ Sybase/ informix minimum 1year experience
	Knowledge in other Tech – Webservices/ JMS/ XML/ EJB - 6 monts exp or at least theoretical knowledge
	Any design tool used - Shall be an additional advantage.
	IDE (Development tool like Jbuilder/ Eclipse/ WSAD)

	Overall .Net experience minimum 1.5 years
