LVmed supports plan features such as service proration, benefit caps and all Medicare coordination methods. Other features include multiple decrements
for retirement, death withdrawal, and disability. Besides the standard age and sex categories, also included are allowances for separate claims for current recipients, future disabled recipients and future retirees. Additional features include gross claims, Medicare reimbursement, employee contributions, deductibles, and coinsurance, all of which can work with separate trend or utilization rates.
